Having A Remote Team For Your Creative Business

So far, the year 2020 has brought us many things, and while the majority of them haven't been the best, there has been a silver lining here and there amidst the chaos. The ability to benefit from a rapidly growing remote work force is one of them.

Hiring employees located in other states and countries is nothing new but this concept is becoming more of a requirement for the small business community since COVID hit the scene. The days of having a stationary location for your business is so 2019 because the landscape of the traditional office is evolving. Running a company that can operate virtually from anywhere in the world is the stuff dreams are made of.

The Number One
Remote Creative Worker

With CRM software like Streak for productivity and face to face video apps like Skype and Zoom, the need to be cooped up in an office is becoming less of a need. Plus working remotely is much safer these days and a guaranteed way to practice social distancing while still being productive. So even if your team is only comprised of a couple of per-project basis subcontractors, one part-time creative and one full-time project manager, all located in different cities, you can still make it happen together. Best of luck navigating the new norm.
